Cherry County 4-H received a die cut machine from grants written by Robbi Blume and Linda Ramos. This machine and dies are available for 4-Hers, parents and leaders to use in their 4-H projects and as teaching aids.

4-H Leader, Robbi Blume, will be hosting die cutting tutorial sessions for leaders and 4-Hers.

  • Parents & Leaders – Adults can attend a session on July 1 from 6:00 to 7:30 at the Extension Office. Participants will learn how to use the machine, how to incorporate it into a variety of project areas, and, tips, techniques and tricks of the trade. Robbi will demonstrate a few of the many projects that can be created. Come when you can.
  • 4-Hers – Youth can attend a session on July 7 from 4:00 to 6:00 at the Extension Office. Youth will learn how to use the machine and get ideas how they can utilize it for their different 4-H projects. They will create a 3D canvas wall hanging. A few of the project areas Robbi will be teaching about include: Beyond the Needle (used to be Decorate Your Duds), Design My Place, Design Decision, Posters and Presentations.
